Using this site

OnePageCanvas is provided free of charge for anyone to use, personally or commercially. No account is required. You may use it to create business models for yourself, your employer, or your clients, and the canvases you create are entirely yours.

Your content

We claim no rights over anything you type. We also never receive it — canvases are stored in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. Because storage is local to your browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. Use the JSON or PDF export before clearing browser data, switching devices, or relying on a canvas for anything important.

Attribution of the framework

The Business Model Canvas was created by Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur and is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported licence. This site implements that framework and is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Strategyzer AG or the authors of Business Model Generation. Company names used in worked examples are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear here for educational commentary only; those canvases are our own analysis, not statements from those companies.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Availability is not guaranteed, features may change, and content may contain errors. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and the templates are illustrative starting points rather than validated business plans.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, including lost canvases, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of anything published here.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, use it to distribute malware, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others. Automated access for reasonable indexing purposes is welcome.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
